Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States and Canada or to Post Office Boxes. We ship items via USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $24.95. If you require rush delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a new shipping rate.
If I see an item on your facebook page, instagram page or blog, can I place an order over the telephone or DM you?
Absolutely. Please call us! We will ship your order to you, or you are more than welcome to come pick your order up in our boutique.
What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?
We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time certain items are on backorder or out of stock. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will reach out to you. You may cancel your order, or we are happy to work with you to offer you another cute item from our shop.
What types of credit cards do you take?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to orders shipped to North Carolina residents.
What if I want to return my item?
We strive to make our customers happy with their purchases. But if you are not, we do happily accept returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise with the original receipt and original packaging and/or tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit which can be used online or in our boutique ONLY.
Shipping costs are not refundable. You also may bring the item back into the shop for store credit.
Please email email@example.com with your name, order number and which item(s) you would like to return. If the items are in saleable condition, we will issue you a store credit for the items returned.
We will not accept any items worn, altered, torn, or damaged. Returns on SALE merchandise, holiday + seasonal items, custom and personalized items are final and will not be accepted, so we ask that you please shop carefully. If you have received a damaged item, please notify the store as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your store credit.

How can I sell my product on your online shop?
If you would like to submit your goods for consideration, please send and email with photos, links and wholesale information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to a high volume of emails we will only be able to reply to emails with items we are interested in. Thanks for thinking of us for your product line.
