What are your paper studio hours?

The paper stylists at Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique meet with customers by appointment only (Monday through Saturday) to provide one-on-one customer service for your paper needs.

If we order an item online, when should we expect it to ship?

Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique typically ships all orders that are in stock within 3 business days. If you need overnight shipping, please email us at hello@shopcutebuttons.com or call 919.462.9618 to expedite the order and get shipping rates.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States and Canada or to Post Office Boxes. We ship items via USPS.

What are your shipping rates?

We charge a flat shipping rate fee of $5.

If I see an item on social media or your blog, can I place an order over the telephone or DM you?

Absolutely. Please call us! We will ship your order to you, or you are more than welcome to pick your order up in our studio.

What types of payment do you take?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders, and personal checks.

Will I have to pay state sales tax?

State and local sales taxes on merchandise will be applied to orders shipped to North Carolina residents.

What if I want to return my item?

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled after proof approval or returned.

We happily accept returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise (sale + holiday items are not returnable) reached within 14 days of delivery for studio credit which can be used on our online shop or towards a custom order.

Shipping costs are not refundable. You may also bring the item back into the studio.

We will not accept any items altered, torn, or damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your credit.

Cute Buttons is not responsible for lost packages or packages that got damaged en route back to us. Please send returns to:

We will never share, sell or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. We ask for your email address in case we need to communicate with you about your order. We also may use your email address to send you notification about store events, specials and products.
